Privacy Policy

jayobee collects no personal data. It has no ads, no analytics, and no user accounts, and it never sends your information off your device. Everything happens on your phone.

What we collect

Nothing. jayobee does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. We do not ask you to create an account or sign in.

Your choices and preferences

The comparisons you make, the preferences jayobee learns from them, and the careers it suggests are computed and stored only on your own device. They are never uploaded anywhere. Clearing the app's data or reinstalling removes them.

Network & servers

jayobee has no backend. The occupation data ships inside the app, and all of the game, learning, and matching runs on your device, offline. The app does not transmit your data to us or anyone else.

Exporting your results

When you export your results, jayobee creates a PDF on your device and hands it to your phone's system share sheet, so you can send it wherever you choose (email, files, etc.). jayobee does not upload the PDF and is not involved in where you send it.

Third parties

jayobee contains no third-party advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and no social-media integrations. No third party receives data from the app.

Children's privacy

Because jayobee collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children. The app is suitable for general audiences, including students exploring careers.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
